Planning Timeline for MEDICA 2026
MEDICA rewards exhibitors who move early. Working back from opening day on 16 November 2026:
- Now to August: secure your stand partner. Space with the organizer is typically booked by now; design work should start while the best production slots are still open.
- August to September: design freeze. 3D concept, revisions and sign-off. Messe Düsseldorf technical submissions follow from the approved design.
- September to October: approvals and production. We handle venue technical approvals and service orders (rigging, electrics, water, waste) while the stand is built in our facilities. Early service orders cost less; late ones cost more and limit options.
- 10 to 15 November: build-up. The official construction window at Messe Düsseldorf; our crew installs and hands over a finished stand before the halls open.
- 16 to 19 November: show days. On-site support all four days, from morning checks to running repairs.
- 19 to 23 November: dismantling. We dismantle after closing, and if your stand is modular, we store and redeploy it for your next show.
