At TransLogistica Bucharest, we built a stand that stopped people in their tracks: a 5m tower crowned with their 3D logo, a dynamic LED wall showcasing their capabilities, and custom furniture with natural green elements for warmth. Private areas kept meetings confidential; open spaces drew visitors in.

How early do I need to book my stand and services?
Most big shows lock in prime spaces 4–6 months ahead. You can build last-minute, but options shrink and costs rise. Early planning = better design, better prices.
What’s the process for shipping and customs?
Romania is ATA Carnet-friendly. Shipping is smooth if paperwork is correct. The main risk is timing – book transport and handling early, especially for heavy or bulky items.
Should I hire a local stand builder or bring my own team?
Local builders are faster, more cost-efficient, and know the venue rules inside out. Many foreign builders still subcontract the work to local teams – which means you pay their margin on top. Working directly with a Bucharest-based partner removes the middleman and keeps costs predictable.
Is it expensive to exhibit in Romania?
Usually less than Western Europe. Space, labour, and logistics are cheaper but importing materials or ordering services late can increase costs.
Is it safe to leave equipment overnight?
Yes, Romexpo halls are secured after hours, but it’s still smart to protect valuables. We can integrate a locked storage room or atleast lockable cabinets, so you can safely leave luggage, tech, and materials on-site.
Will I have communication issues?
Unlikely. Most service teams at Romexpo speak English, and at XDS you’ll work with a multilingual team – English, French, German, and even Arabic so communication stays smooth from planning to on-site execution.
What’s the best area to stay and how easy is transport?
Hotels near Piața Presei and Herăstrău Park fill up quickly during major shows. Ride-sharing and taxis are cheap and reliable; parking near the venue is limited.
