In our portfolio of recent projects, we are proud to showcase the design and construction of the exhibition stand created for our client, LEONARDO, at the 2024 edition of BSDA (Black Sea Defense and Aerospace).
Our objective was to create a captivating and functional space that reflects LEONARDO’s strong brand identity and allows them to effectively present their products and innovations.
The Project
The project involved the conceptualization, detailed design, and complete construction of the LEONARDO exhibition stand for their participation in BSDA 2024. We collaborated closely with the LEONARDO team to understand their specific objectives, the key messages they wanted to convey, and the products they wished to highlight.
The Solution
Our design solution focused on creating a modern and professional space with a strong visual identity, consistent with the LEONARDO brand. Key elements of the design included:
- Imposing Structure: We conceived a structure with a prominent overhead panel, utilizing LEONARDO’s distinctive brand colors (dark blue, white, and red) to ensure maximum visibility within the exhibition hall. The LEONARDO logo was strategically integrated for immediate recognition.
- Clear Exhibition Zones: We created distinct zones within the stand to allow for the effective presentation of different products and technologies. Spaces were provided for the display of physical models (such as the aircraft mockup), screens for video presentations, and discussion areas for interaction with visitors, both private and open.
- Strategic Lighting: We used a carefully planned lighting system to highlight the exhibits and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Customized Graphics: We integrated personalized graphic elements, including images of helicopters and other LEONARDO technologies, to visually communicate their field of activity and attract the attention of visitors.
- Functional Flow: We optimized the flow of movement within the stand to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience for both visitors and the LEONARDO team.
The Impact
Through the design and construction of this exhibition stand, we aimed to create a significant positive impact for LEONARDO’s presence at BSDA 2024. Our goals were to:
- Attract a large number of visitors to the stand, thanks to its visually appealing and professional design.
- Effectively communicate LEONARDO’s key messages through the graphic elements and dedicated exhibition areas.
- Provide a conducive space for interaction between the LEONARDO team and potential clients or partners.
