We are delighted to present our collaborative project with our esteemed partner, Handsome, for the design and construction of the Routier exhibition stand at Transport Logistic Munich 2023. Our shared objective was to create an engaging and memorable space that reflected Routier’s commitment to green logistics and innovation within the transportation sector.
Project Synergy
This project represented a powerful synergy between XDS’s expertise in exhibition stand design and construction and Handsome’s creative vision. Working closely together, we aimed to translate Routier‘s brand values into a tangible and impactful exhibition experience for attendees at Transport Logistic.
Our Joint Design and Implementation
Our combined design approach focused on creating a stand that was not only visually appealing but also communicated Routier’s dedication to sustainability and forward-thinking logistics solutions. Key elements of our collaborative design included:
- Living Green Integration: A striking feature of the stand was the incorporation of extensive vertical gardens and lush greenery. This design element visually represented Routier’s commitment to environmental responsibility and created a refreshing and inviting atmosphere.
- Natural Material Accents: The use of natural wood elements in the stand’s structure and flooring complemented the greenery, adding warmth and reinforcing the eco-conscious theme.
- Clear Branding and Messaging: Routier’s logo and key messages emphasizing their logistics solutions were strategically placed for maximum visibility and brand reinforcement.
- Interactive Engagement Zones: The inclusion of high tables and stools created informal meeting points, encouraging interaction and networking between the Routier team and visitors.
- Dynamic Visual Displays: Screens were integrated into the design to showcase videos and presentations, providing dynamic information about Routier’s services and initiatives.
- Open and Welcoming Layout: The overall layout was designed to be open and accessible, inviting attendees to explore the stand and engage with the Routier team.
