We are pleased to present our work on the design and construction of the exhibition stand for BILKA at BAU Munich 2023. Our primary objective was to create a strong and informative presence that effectively showcased BILKA’s comprehensive range of roof systems, rain systems, and steel profiles to the international audience of the construction industry.
Project Goals
The project encompassed the complete creation of BILKA’s exhibition stand for BAU Munich 2023, from the initial conceptualization and detailed design to the expert fabrication and seamless on-site installation. We collaborated closely with the BILKA team to understand their extensive product portfolio, brand identity as a leading steel roofing manufacturer, and their specific goals for engaging with architects, builders, and other industry professionals at this major European trade fair.
XDS Design and Execution
Our design approach focused on creating a visually impactful and easily navigable space that highlighted the quality, durability, and variety of BILKA’s offerings. Key elements of our design included:
- Strong Brand Visibility: BILKA’s prominent logo and brand colors (red, white, and black) were strategically used throughout the stand to ensure high visibility and immediate brand recognition. Overhead banners further enhanced their presence within the exhibition hall.
- Comprehensive Product Display: The stand was designed with dedicated areas to showcase various BILKA products, including different roofing profiles, gutter systems, and steel profiles. Samples were presented in a way that allowed visitors to easily see and understand the features and benefits of each product.
- Informative Graphics and Visuals: Large-format graphics and visuals were incorporated to illustrate BILKA’s roof systems in application, showcasing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of their products on different building types.
- Dedicated Consultation Areas: The design included welcoming and well-lit consultation areas with tables and seating, providing comfortable spaces for the BILKA team to engage in detailed discussions with potential clients and partners.
- Clear Product Categorization: Different product lines were clearly demarcated within the stand, making it easy for visitors to find the specific solutions they were interested in.
- High-Quality Materials and Construction: The stand was constructed using high-quality materials and finishes, reflecting BILKA’s commitment to quality and durability in their own products.
Strategic Design for Lead Generation and Brand Strengthening
