We are pleased to present our work on the design and construction of the exhibition stand for Freez Crystal at Bar Convent Berlin 2023. Our main goal was to create a clean, modern, and inviting space that effectively showcased Freez Crystal’s beverage products and attracted attendees within the vibrant atmosphere of the bar and beverage industry event.
Project Objectives
The project involved the complete design, fabrication, and installation of the Freez Crystal exhibition stand for their participation in Bar Convent Berlin 2023. We collaborated closely with the Freez Crystal team to understand their brand identity, product range, and their specific objectives for engaging with industry professionals and potential partners at the event.
Our Design and Implementation Approach
Our design concept focused on creating a bright and open space that highlighted the refreshing nature of Freez Crystal’s products. Key elements of our solution included:
- Clean and Minimalist Design: We opted for a clean and minimalist aesthetic, utilizing white as the primary color to create a fresh and modern feel. This allowed the product displays and subtle branding to stand out.
- Strategic Product Placement: The stand featured well-organized shelving units that clearly displayed the variety of Freez Crystal’s beverages, making them easily visible and accessible to visitors.
- Subtle and Elegant Branding: The Freez Crystal logo was strategically placed to ensure brand recognition without overwhelming the overall clean design. Line art graphics were incorporated to add a touch of visual interest and brand personality.
- Dedicated Service Area: A designated counter area provided a space for the Freez Crystal team to interact with visitors, offer samples, and answer inquiries.
- Open and Approachable Layout: The open design encouraged visitors to enter the stand and explore the product offerings at their leisure.
- Effective Lighting: Overhead lighting was used to ensure the stand was well-lit and inviting, highlighting the products on display.
Lead Generation Through Design
Our design was also considered from a lead generation perspective:
