NEW – ISH is changing its schedule as of 2019. In the future, events will always begin on Monday. The next ISH will be take place March 11 – 15, 2019 (Monday to Friday) .

New exhibition hall layout for ISH 2019 – ISH continues to improve and expand with a new exhibition hall and restructuring, which especially benefits the energy section. The expansion provides ISH with room to grow and continue strengthening its position as a worldwide trade show leader.

1. Dates and important deadlines for exhibition organizers

Mid-August 2017 to presentInvitation to Exhibit at ISH 2019

You can now login and submit your nonbinding application to exhibit at ISH using your personal show account (My Account). If you have participated in a previous ISH or have already registered as an interested party, you will receive an invitation to take part in ISH 2019 by email. Please follow the link in the invitation and complete your intention to exhibit. First time exhibitors can register at: www.ish.messefrankfurt.com
As of December 2017Hall Planning Phase / Submission of Booth Space Applications
We will contact you as soon as we have reviewed the booth space options. Please be aware that the planning phase includes coordination with the exhibitors. This process sometimes results in waiting time. Planning phase: December 2017 to ca. November 2018
As of December 2017Booth Confirmation
Depending on the state of planning, the exhibit confirmations will be sent out in December. The contract between the exhibitor and Messe Frankfurt goes into effect when the written Exhibit Confirmation has been issued.
As of June 2018Exhibitor Permits, Set-up / Dismantle Tickets, Exhibitor Services You will receive your individual Exhibitor Services documents via email. You can now order exhibitor permits, as well as set-up and dismantle tickets, online in the ticket shop. As if June of 2018, you can order services such as electricity, water, booth security, booth cleaning, forwarding services, car parking tickets, and admission-ticket vouchers via the Exhibitor Services Shop. Please note that order deadlines for specific services vary. You can access the Exhibitor Services Shop with your personal Show log in. Joint-stand participants - Please note that every joint-stand participant must be registered in your personal show account. Joint-stand participants registered after the deadline will only be published in the online exhibitor search.

Submission of booth design plans, subject to approval → Please review the technical Guidelines at: www.ish.messefrankfurt.com /Planning and preparation / Information for Exhibitors /. Downloads Deadline: January 12, 2019. Subject to mandatory authorization are: Booth spaces larger than 100m2, two-story exhibition booths, walls higher than 4m, enclosed ceilings, platforms higher than 0.20 m, glass constructions and moving parts. Cinemas and Spectator rooms, stages, buildings in the outdoor area and temporary structures are always subject to approval regardless of their size.
March 6-10, 2019Regular set-up of ISH is 24 hours a day from March 6 – 10, 2019. Please check the specific entrance regulations.
NEW: March 11-15, 2019 (Monday – Friday)ISH takes place March 11-15, 2019. The show is open for Exhibitors with Exhibitor passes from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

    Short-term campaigns are more expensive and usually only the second-best solution. The “Time schedule for successful trade fair presentations” can assist you here.

    Every briefing costs you time and therefore money. During the briefing, provide detailed information about your trade fair objectives, and about your company, corporate structure, corporate identity and corporate design. Details about the planned participation at the trade fair are part of this. The search agent can help you in making your selection. You can also get inspiration from the Ereignisfeld (Event Field) and the submissions for and winners of the ADAM Award.

    For a customized stand concept that promises success, specialists put in many hours of work. This should be remunerated. A design draft is a customized plan for your trade fair presentation. No charge is made for an offer that comprises cost planning for a simple stand, which is usually made up of modular materials. Choose just a few pre-qualified partners to compete with one another and pay them for the draft designs; only then will you get good quality.

    Do not make your decision exclusively on the basis of price; consider the overall impression and the quality, as well.

    Waiting a long time before making an order can make it harder to meaningfully plan the capacities and purchase materials cost-effectively.
