Planning Timeline for CWIEME 2027
Great CWIEME stands are planned months out. Here is how a typical project runs, working back from opening day on 27 April 2027:
- As early as possible: secure your stand partner and start design.
- Around four to six months out: design freeze, 3D concept, revisions and sign-off.
- Around two months out: technical approvals and service orders in (rigging, electrics, water, waste).
- Pre-show weeks: production in our facilities.
- Build-up: TBA.
- 27 to 29 April 2027: show open, with our team on-site.
