Planning Timeline for Fruit Logistica 2027

Great Fruit Logistica stands are planned months out. Here is how a typical project runs, working back from opening day on 3 February 2027:

  • As early as possible: secure your stand partner and start design.
  • Around four to six months out: design freeze, 3D concept, revisions and sign-off.
  • Around two months out: technical approvals and service orders in (rigging, electrics, water, waste).
  • Pre-show weeks: production in our facilities.
  • 28 January to 2 February 2027: build-up at Messe Berlin, with construction finished by midnight on 1 February and final decoration on 2 February, the day before opening.
  • 3 to 5 February 2027: show open, with our team on-site.
  • 5 to 8 February 2027: breakdown, starting from 16:00 on 5 February.
